RETURN POLICY
Customers are eligible to request returns or exchanges in the event of receiving defect, wrong, or faulty items. Please note that such requests will only be accepted within 6 days after the date of receiving your order, and the exchange will be made with the same product that you ordered. We kindly ask you to carefully review the terms and conditions provided below:
- Item(s) are in their original packaging and haven’t been used.
- Item(s) must be posted within six (6) days of local delivery. Items received more than six (6) days ago won’t be taken into consideration.
- Exchange of item(s) is dependent on stock.
- Please send a picture of the product’s damaged area, together with a brief description and your Order ID, to this number to request an exchange: Whatsapp: 010 664 9004 (Cybershopperz Customer Service)
- When the item is received, we will ship the right item back to you at no additional cost to you. The shipping costs for both the return and the delivery from you to us will be covered by us.
If customers request returns or exchanges in the event of product does not meet the expectations will not be served.

REFUND POLICY
Damage may happen during the transit period, however we make sure all of our products are in good shape when they are delivered. We truly regret the inconvenience and hope you would keep shopping with us.
Refund can only be made when:
- Customers return the item(s) to exchange a new one à Item(s) out out stock à RefundOrder from customers à Item(s) out of stock à Refund
- Order from customers –> Item(s) out of stock –> Refund
- 3 items ordered by customer à Only 2 items available & 1 out out stock à Only refund for 1 item (OOS)
- Item(s) delivered à Item(s) defect à Customers return the item(s) to exchange the same type/colour but OOS à Refund
